Whether you鈥檙e coming right from high school, returning to the classroom or preparing for a career change, 91快播 has a wide variety of certificate, associate and bachelor鈥檚 degree programs to help meet your plans for a successful future.

Don鈥檛 be intimidated by the application process. It鈥檚 simple鈥攁ll you need is to send your high school transcript or high school equivalency, as well as transcripts from any colleges that you have attended.

How to apply

STEP ONE

To apply, and submit it to the Office of Admissions. If you have any difficulty with submitting your application, please call us at 716-827-2545.

Previous Applicants – If you are reapplying, you will need to create a new account by clicking on “Create An Account,” following the link above, using a new username and password. You can only submit one application per account.

We offer rolling admission, so an acceptance decision is only a few steps away. If you apply today, you may receive an admissions decision in as little as two weeks.

*Applicants must submit all documents required for review before a decision can be rendered. Proceed to Step 2 for more information. Select program admissions may take longer; contact your admissions counselor for details.

Non-degree seeking students may register for one or two separate courses. Interested applicants can submit the non-matriculated application.

High school students from the partner schools should submit the dual enrollment application. Registration guidance will be provided from their high school.

STEP TWO

Request Official transcripts. 91快播 requires official transcripts of academic work completed both in high school and in all post-secondary institutions before an applicant鈥檚 admission is complete. Transcripts are only considered official when they are sent directly to the College from the issuing institution.

GED/TASC may be used to fulfill high school graduation requirement. Students should still submit high school transcripts for review of prerequisite coursework. Home schooled students must submit official course transcripts from the supporting school district.

Any applicant with high school or college/university transcript issued outside of the United States must obtain a course-by-course and credential evaluation through聽听,听or a聽 approved international credit evaluating service that will translate the records to the American grading system and assess for course-by-course equivalencies.

Admissions Criteria

High School Students

  • High school students should submit an official copy of their current high school transcripts. While SAT and ACT scores are not required for admissions, students are encouraged to submit them with their application.
  • High school students are eligible for consideration for advanced placement and credit by achieving satisfactory scores (a rating of 3 to 5) on the Advanced Placement Examination and should have scores forwarded to Trocaire via College Board. Credit may also be awarded for credit-bearing college courses taken during high school. Official transcripts should be forwarded to the Office of Admissions.
  • Admission is rolling. Select programs are competitive and applicants are strongly encouraged to apply early.

Transfer Students

  • Transfer students should submit official transcripts from ALL college attended.
  • Transfer students should submit an official transcript from their high school.
  • Transfers will receive credit for college courses that are equivalent to those offered at 91快播. Only courses completed with a grade of 鈥淐鈥 or better are acceptable for credit.
  • Credit evaluations for programs are offered to students once they have applied and submitted required documents.
  • Admission is rolling. Select programs are competitive and applicants are strongly encouraged to apply early.

Readmit Applicant

A Trocaire student who has not been enrolled for two or more semesters

  • Additional records of college work attempted or completed after last attendance at 91快播 must be sent to the Office of Admissions.
  • A student who is dismissed due to academic standing must sit out for at least 1-year and then follow the readmission policy for all students. If a dismissed student intends to reapply prior to a 1-year leave from the College, they must file an appeal with the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs.
  • A student who is dismissed due to disciplinary reasons at the time of separation from 91快播 must sit out for at least 1-year and then file an appeal with the Vice President for Student Affairs. If a dismissed student intends to reapply prior to a 1-year leave from the College, they must file an appeal with the Vice President for Enrollment and Student Affairs.

Applicants to the Practical Nursing and Registered Nursing Programs

Students seeking admissions to Trocaire鈥檚 Registered Nurse (RN) or Practical Nurse (PN) programs are required to complete the HESI Admissions Assessment Exam (A2) as part of the admissions criteria. Students should speak with an admissions counselor to discuss聽eligibility and admissions criteria聽before signing up to take the exam. The HESI A2 measures competencies and academic readiness into the PN and RN nursing programs. Students are eligible for nursing admission based on their GPA, meeting prerequisite requirements, and HESI A2 scores.

Applicants who were previously enrolled in another pre-licensure nursing program (PN, AAS, BSN) must have the Verification of Good Standing form completed and submitted by the previous institution. Please use this fillable form:

International Students

  • International students must submit ALL colleges/universities/educational institutions they have attended and supporting documentation through聽听,听or a聽approved international credit evaluating service that will translate the records to the American grading system and assess for course-by-course equivalencies.
  • Students for whom English is not their first language must take the or and submit their scores to the Office of Admissions. The minimum score needed on the TOEFL Internet Based Test (IBT) is 77. The minimum score needed on the TOEFL Paper Based Test (PBT) is 550. The minimum score needed on the IELTS is a 6.5.
  • Accepted international students applying for F-1 visa status must provide a complete Proof of Financial Support Certificate. Once received, the form I-20 will be issued by the Office of Admissions.
  • Admission is rolling but preferred application deadlines are in place for competitive programs.
